STS#23: Baby Card

Playing along with the Seize the Sketch Challenge #23.
I used the sketch to make a welcome baby card.
I flipped the sketch side-ways and used a rectangle back panel rather then the oval.

The paper and stickers are all from Echo Park "Bundle of Joy" collection.
The back pink panel was cut with the Stitched Journaling Die by Lawn Fawn.

Couple weeks left to get cards in for my Card Drive for Emma
Drawing for prizes at the end of July!

Skylander B-day card

Needed a birthday card for a 9 year old boy.  This CAS(e) this Sketch #81 sketch challenge popped up so I used it to get the ideas flowing.
I just used the sketch for the FUSION challenge.
I took the Skylander image from the brand website and printed it on heavy cardstock.

The banner was cut by hand while the stars came from my
 Lawn Fawn Journaling die set.

PS6: Father's Day Card

Sharing  a Father's Day card I made using American Crafts papers and the ADORABLE hippo by Sweet Stamp Shop. The sentiment is Hero Arts.
The hippo was colored with Copics, cut out and raised with foam.

The design was inspired by Poppy Sketches Challenge #6.

Thanks for stopping by.
Hoping your Father's Day celebrations are the best!

PS5: Hello

Made a "hello" card to go along with the new Poppy Sketch Challenge #5
I pulled out a Hero Arts stamp that I had never used.

I stamped it in black and "watercolored" the background with Distress Weathered Wood.
Then, I colored the flowers and leaves with Copics.
The "Hello" was again stamped and embossed with Ranger black glitter powder,
cut out and raised with dimensional foam.

The "enamel dots" are homemade from Perle beads.

Thanks for visiting my blog.
Please consider joining my card drive for Emma, a little girl in Dayton, Ohio battling cancer.
Drive goes until July 2014.

PS4: Dream

This was a tough challenge for me because these are not colors I use very much.  After digging through my entire paper and ink stash I realized that I had Copic markers that were close. I used them to customize white cardstock.
The picture looks for blue than it is in real life.

Lots of Lawn Fawn used here (stamps, paper, dies)
I die cut the side strips with white paper and colored them with the Copics .

Supplies
Pattnered paper: Lawn Fawn
Stamps: Lawn Fawn "dream" and "bannerific"
Dies: Lawn Fawn borders
Other: twine, Copics, homemade enamel dots, sequins, Stickles

Thanks for stopping by today.
Please check out my Card Drive for Emma.
Drive goes until July.
Random prizes will be awarded.

PS3: gift card holder w/ Lawn Fawn

Joined in the new Poppy Sketch challenge sponsored by lawn Fawn.
I pulled out my Lawn Fawn for this one!
When I saw the criss-cross lines on the sketch
I decided to use paper and make a pocket out of the design.
I need lots of gift card holders this spring and thought the sketch could go that direction.

Features papers and stamps by Lawn Fawn as well as their new grass die.
Those are my handmade "enamel dots" made out of Perle beads.

Please check out my Card Drive for Emma.
I have collected a little over 200 cards for this little girl battling cancer!
Drive goes until early July!
