W&W Bday Challenge: Color Combo w/Heather

Joined the fun at Winnie and Walter and tried the Color Combo Challenge with Heather.
Her challenge was to use gray/silver, white, mint/aqua, and blue.

Here's her inspiration:

Honestly, I think this is one of the best cards I have made in a while.
We all know we can make some duds, but I love everything about this one!
The colors worked beautifully together and the background stamps look awesome.
I overlapped the confetti circles and added festive dots here and there and there and there.

I used "Big Bang Confetti" and "The Big, the Bold and You"
The inks are SS navy and HA tide pool and silver.

Thank you so much for visiting!
Happy Birthday, Winnie and Walter!!!

Winnie and Walter Bday Bash: Collage

Sharing a card I made for the Winnie and Walter Birthday Bash.
This challenge was called a "collage" challenge.

Here's the inspiration photo:

I drew inspiration from the seafoam blanket and white elements.
I stamped the "hello" in Tide Pool ink and then white embossed it too.
I added the butterfly dies coated in glitter.

Thanks for visiting.
I am loving all the Instagrams pics, Facebook posts and tweets about CHA2015!
Lots of great new products coming out.

W&W Bday Bash: Rotation Challenge

Playing along with a few challenges at Winnie and Walter.
The first one I will share is a card I made for the In Rotation Technique Challenge.

At first the images were going to be flowers,
but it really didn't play out that way once I got started.
Thought this could be a cheerful card for a friend.

I used "The Big, the Bold and the Happy" as well as "Big Bang Confetti".
The inks are by Simon Says Stamp and Hero Arts.

Happy New Year.

Made this birthday card for my father using

I incorporated both the chalk board image and the sketch in this card.
I embossed the sentiments in white and smudged a bit of HA Unicorn white ink for effect.

Made this birthday card based on the Cupcake Inspiration challenge photo:

I used the white icing and the tan cupcakes for my colors.
I embossed the coffee image from Reverse Confetti in white on vellum.
The coffee and cream was stamped in brown and paper pieced.
I used Stampendous frontage on the edges.
