Elf Playing in the Snow

Sharing a card I made for the current
Jingle Belles Challenge: Dashing Through the Snow.
Features Deasy Designs "Tis the Season" stamp set and MME papers.
I colored the elf with Copics.

There's flocking powder on the snow on the bottom
and a white brad as the elf's "snowball".

Polaroid Birthday Card

Been busy here at our house.
My husband and I ripped all the shelving out of our master closet then patched, painted and rehung new shelving this weekend.  SO much more functional.

I am still working on the 16 scrapbook pages (8 for each child)
from our vacation last summer.
The basics are completed, just need to embellish a bit.
Nothing to write home about, just simple pages to remember the trip.

Made little progress on my 3 dimensional art project for our bedroom.
Bought the wrong paper, ran out of spray paint, ran out of glue sticks, ran out of motivation,
yadda yadda

Anyway, sharing a card I made this morning.
Lots if birthdays coming in October so I need to stock up!

The sentiments are supposed to mimic a flash going off...

Ok so this is my first attempt at coloring with Copics.
I won 40 of the Copic Ciao markers from Kathy's blog giveaway.
I admit I did not review any videos prior to coloring.
If you know of some good ones, please link me up.
I think it is *ok* for my first go at it.
Maybe looks better from a distance, hee hee

Christmas Postcard

Hello.
This Christmas card theme was inspired by
this week's Jingle Belles challenge called "Going Postal".
I teamed up my "Tis the Season" set by Deasy Designs
with  Lawn Fawn's "You've Got Mail" and "On the Mend".

The patterned papers are MME's "Merry".
The cute net ribbon is from Ribbon Carousel.

I made the star the elf is holding with washi tape and a punch.
He was colored with Prismacolor pencils and cut out.

I am also entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp: Put a Stamp On it Challenge!
I may have to make some more of these!
Thanks for looking,
Kelly

Just a Note

When I saw the inspiration photo on the Cupcake Craft blog,
I knew I wanted to make something. I just love daisies!
I combined the photo with a few other challenges and came up with this card:

I made the tag by embossing the flowers in white and then layering distress inks over the embossed flowers.  The flower centers were made with flocking powder.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Card for a Speedy Recovery

Hello.
SO many crafty projects going right now.
I started layouts for the boys' school pictures from last year and didn't have enough paper.  Put an order in and that should be coming soon.
I moved on to our vacation from last year and have completed 4 pages for each boy and have about 4 more to go at least for each child (yep, "somebody" took too many pics)!!

THEN, there's this CRAZY 3 dimensional artsy thing I
bought supplies for to decorate our bedroom...

The craft room is a TOTAL disaster!

Yet, I have this little cutie to share today....
Lawn Fawn stamps and Echo Park papers.

Supplies:
Stamps; Lawn Fawn's "On the Mend"
Papers: Echo Park's Metropolitan Dots and Stripes
Other: Spellbinders wonky rectangle, twine

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.
I'll share the artsy bedroom thingy if it works out.... to be seen...
