Composition Books

Hello!
Back to school for both boys.
One is in second grade and the other is in half-day kindergarten.
They both seem to be enjoying school so far.

I am sharing a couple composition books I decorated for some teachers.
I like mine to be as flat as possible to easily slide into a bag.

All of the sides are covered but I didn't photograph the others.

Supplies:
Papers: DCWV and Paper Studio
Other: MM flowers, Jolee's thumb tacks, mod podge

I am entering this project in the following challenges:
Cupcake Inspirations #175:  Back to the Books

Thanks for looking,

WM69 and SSS: Comp Book using EP

Sharing a composition book I covered using Echo Park's "Country Drive"
My SIL said the book I made for her a year or so ago was filled and requested another.
She will use it for sermon notes so I added some Bible Verses to the book.
I LOVE the sheer happiness in the patterns and colors of this line!

I prefer my books to be as flat as possible.
I did add a few buttons for the center of the flowers:

I added Stickles to the birds' wings:

I am entering this project in the Wee Memories "use patterned paper"
challenge #69 sponsored by Echo Park and Simon Says Stamp "Anything Goes".

Supplies:
Papers:  Echo Park Country Drive Collection
Inks:  Distress in Broken China, Peeled Paint and Spun Sugar
Other: Stickles, Mod Podge, Twine from The Twinery, letter stickers by Recollections

Big THANK YOU to Tiffani Smith and Echo Park.
I won this collection on a Facebook giveaway!

Girly Composition Book

Greetings!

I am sharing a composition book that I altered using MME's "Bloom and Grow" line I picked up at Hobby Lobby. This book is for a little girl's 5th birthday. I used my favorite alphabet stamp set by Lawn Fawn called "Harold's ABC" to make the word "book" and my cricut for the rest. I used the "George" cart for the flowers and "Storybook" for the butterfly and name. Then of course, every girl needs bling! It is all sealed with mod podge. Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Cherry Good Wishes

This is a composition book I covered for a gift this coming Christmas. Supplies: paper by DCWV "Farmer's Market"; Cricut Lyrical Letters cart; Alpha stamps by Lawn Fawn called "Harold's ABC". That little alpha set is "da bomb"! You can make any word you need. The set includes some extra lower case letters to make it even easier to create wording! Thanks for looking! Have a blessed day!
