BG45 & L12: the cat's meow!

Hi.
Been busy over here.
  Repairs in the house.
 Last week was VBS week.
Monday the little guy got 8 stitches in his forehead after falling
out of a chair inside the bank.
He cracked his head on the corner of a desk and it left a gash that bled like a horror movie.  Poor little thing was so brave at the hospital.
The stitches are now out and he's just fine. Whew!

Anyway, here's a card I made for a family member's birthday next week.
I stamped the kitty on kraft paper, colored him and then used brown flocking powder.

The card is based on this sketch:

I am entering this card into these Challenges:
Basic Grey #46: BG papers ("Cupcake") using hot pink, lime green and kraft

Supplies:
Papers: Basic Grey "Cupcake" and cardstock
Stamps:  Basic Grey candles and Lawn Fawn's "Critters in the Burbs"
Inks:  Distress Peeled Paint and memento brown
Other: jute string, HA clear button, brads, MS flocking powder, Glossy Accents

Here's a pictures of the little guy's head.  I was calling him FrankenMatt and Gash!
The boys are now 3-3 in lifetime ER trips and 1-1 in stitches.  It's all tied up! EEK!

Have an injury free week!  ~Kelly
