CIC #364: Lawn Fawn Sunflowers

I needed a mail-friendly birthday card and was inspired by the picture from

I used an older  Lawn Fawn set.
I used the masking technique to layer the flowers.
I colored them with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol.
The banner is by My Favorite Things.

I used shiny fabric paint to dot the centers and glossy accents on the vase.

Be a Little Shellfish

Finally out for the summer and hoping to get a little crafty a little more often!
Played with my Lawn Fawn circle frames and new shellfish set to make a
little shaker card.

I water colored the background and added darker paint splatters
as well as drops of glossy accents for a wet look.

Crazy Bird with Balloons

Sharing a card I made that features one of Tim Holtz's Crazy Birds.
I colored him with Copics.  The balloons are from a punch I have had for years.

Bit of Glossy Accents on the balloons.
The strings were drawn by hand.

Dare to Dream!

Saw the sketch on the Lawnscaping Challenge Blog and decided to make a card.
I used Lawn Fawn's Dream set and lined them up on the diagonal from the sketch.
I would never have thought of this design without seeing the sketch!

This card is flat and easy to mail!

Light brush of Wink of Stella on the leaves.

Have a great day!

Just a Note

Sometimes I find it hard to use the busier patterns in a paper pad.
This is what I came up with for a general note card.
Papers including the notepad paper are by Lawn Fawn.
Letter stamps are "Harold's ABCs" by Lawn Fawn.
