I am very excited to share a card today.
Karen Baker has a feature on her blog where she occasionally teams up with another card maker and they use the same stamp set and make a "carbon copy" in a challenge.
This is such a great way to see how the same stamp set can be used in different ways.
I love this feature of Karen's blog and tickled pink (or should I say orange)
that she asked me to play along.
So, welcome to my blog if you're a first time visitor!
If you're a follower of mine and have not seen Karen's creations, then you're in for a treat!

Karen and I decided to play along with the latest Runway Inspired Challenge AND
use Lawn Fawn's "On the Mend" stamp set.
I also used Lawn Fawn's Chevron Backdrops.
Orange, gray and gold?
Can't say that it's a dress you'd find me wearing, but it makes for a great card challenge!
I went with a gray background with bright orange accents.

Other: WRMK string (stuff is like silk!), MM button, Glossy Accents, Stickles, pop dot
I am so honored to be playing along with Karen Baker.
Please hop over to her blog, The Bald Dragonfly, to see how she
interpreted the photo and used the same set.
I am excited to see what she has made...

Super cuteness! I love how the button balances out your smiley faced flowers in the vase! The fact that you glittered them up too is way cute. And that background, wow! (I still think it would be awesome to be able to use Chrevrons in my decorating.) Thank you so much for joining in on a Carbon Copied post, it was fun to see your take!
This is CAS perfection Kelly...loved seeing your take on the photo inspiration, your pops of orange are brilliant :0)
