What does a train say when it's sick?

Sharing a card I made for my friend's daughter who is battling Leukemia.
I am hosting  card drive for her until December 20th.
Includes great prizes like a custom blog design, and several gift certificates!
You can find the information HERE or simply click on her photo on my sidebar.

The card features Lawn Fawn's "Pa-rum-pa-pum-pum" train.
I colored it with Copics and cut it out.
I found the silly joke online. I hope it brings a smile to her face!

Yep, those are pieces of a cotton ball for the steam:

The punchline:

Supplies:
Stamps by Lawn Fawn
Striped paper from Echo Park's "Be Mine" collection
Other: Copics, glitter, brads, Spellbinders Wonky Rectangle Die

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
CAS-ual Fridays #73:  For the Girls!  Celebrating Sweet Addison!!!
Simon Says Stamp: Punches and Dies (I used spellbinders)
Lawnscaping Challenge: Texture

Thanks for looking!

My boys (and me!) laughed at the joke, so I think it is spot on. Such a cute card!
