SSS: Birthday card with HA

Sharing another birthday card.

Features Hero Arts cupcake stamps and AC papers.

The wee sentiment is by Verve.

The Icing part was stamped separately and layered. 

I added a bit of Wink of Stella for glitter. 
The hearts were also paper pieced.
