Hi Everyone. Today's card was prompted by Sketch #57 at Limelight Papercrafts. The challenge was to use the sketch as the design inspiration and LEAVES as the focal point. I stamped the leaves on cardstock. The orange and blue leaves were accented with Stickles and the red leaves were misted with a mixture of water and Perfect Pearls (hard to see in picture). I am so glad I picked up a new pair of scissors this week in time for this challenge. Those leaves can be tricky!
This card will be sent to one of our teen helpers at church. Each week my teaching partner and I have a teen help us in the age three class. Each teen works one Sunday a month. They are such a huge help to us and I want to be sure they know how much they are appreciated!
The Sketch:
Supplies:
Paper: MME "Academy" stack and cardstock
Stamp: Lawn Fawn "thanks" and Stampin Up! leaf
Inks: Ranger Distress Inks in Aged Mahogany and Vintage Photo, Memento black
Other: Jute string, MM brads, Stickles, Perfect Pearls, pop dots
Have a wonderful day! Thanks for looking! -Kelly
