The Rabbit Hole April Release: Spring Coffee!

It's day THREE of  The Rabbit Hole Designs April Release.
I am featuring the new coffee stamp "Spring Coffee" with their new stencil "Tastes Like Honey".

To make the card, I started with a white panel.  I used a blue ink with the "Tastes Like Honey" stencil to make the background.  I stamped the "Spring Coffee" image and decided to crop it by cutting off the leaves (I was originally going to make a tag).  Don't be afraid to crop your stamped images for a different look.  I colored it with Copics.  I wrapped the top panel with some yellow and white twine and then adhered the coffee image with dimensional foam.

Giveaway and HOP info are at the bottom of post

I had the card finished and realized I forgot to add the sentiment.

The Rabbit Hole April Release: Harley, the Merbunny!

Hello and WELCOME to the April Release by the The Rabbit Hole Designs!
Today I am sharing a card featuring Harley, the Merbunny!
She's floating in the ocean to bring cheer and good wishes.
There's a peek at the new stencil "Tastes Like Honey" in the background.

To make this card, I started with three different blues of oxide inks on a white panel.  I die cut those with a stitched hill die and layered them behind the inked up frame to give the background a little movement (shown below). Next, I inked the back panel using the "Tastes Like Honey" stencil so it would have a little interest vs a plain piece of card stock.

I stamped Harley and colored her with Copics.  I used the available die cut to cut her out, as well as 2 others (blank) to layer under her to give the card strength. I adhered the layered Harley with double stick tape and added some blue sequins.  I decided not to put a sentiment on the front.  I'll do that later when I use the card.

Lots of great sentiments in this set:

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Card #4: Mr. Bee

My 4th card for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop  also features a stamp and stencil by The Rabbit Hole Designs. This is "Caffeinated Bee" with "Splish Splash" stencil.  The "coffee" word is from "Marquee Words" (currently on mega sale).

I used distress ink and oxides in grays and yellows with the stencil.  To apply the yellow in the circles, I used finger daubers.  I colored the bee with Copics and used his coordinating die to cut him out. I drew the smiley face on the mug.  I stamped "coffee" in gray ink and colored the "light bulbs" in the letters with a yellow copic.  Once I cut it out and matted it with gray paper, I added Nuvo Glaze to complete the marquee look.  I adhere the bee with an action wobbler.

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Card #3: Caffeinated Giraffe

My 3rd card for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop  also features a stamp by The Rabbit Hole Designs  "Caffeinated Giraffe".  I created the background with alcohol inks a while back on one of my "play" nights.  There are evenings where I just play with alcohol inks or stencils and make backgrounds.  I thought this one went nicely with this coffee cup carrying giraffe.
The Rabbit Hole carries a HUGE Caffeinated Critter line of stamps.

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop card 1: New Rabbit Hole Full Peek!

I am joining in the fun with the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop this spring.

My first card for the hop is a full PEEK at the new "Spring Coffee" stamp set coming from The Rabbit Hole Designs March 29. I have paired it with an alcohol ink background and the Altenew  "Circle Quilt" cover die. I stamped the image twice and colored the coffee image with Copics.  I cut out the purple flower section and raised it with foam dimension (shown below).

Stamped a second time, cut out and raised:

Thanks for joining me for Day 1.

I am hoping to share more this next week.
